Balázs Simon is a self taught artist born in Hungary, mentored by master graphic artist and painter János Szilágyi.
His work is easily recognised by his unique vision and his use of several techniques. His paintings share shapes and characters, colours that live together in harmony, despite their contrasted nature. Repetative, detailed elements are frequenty revisited by the artist. His art explores honest and intimate emotions, involving the viewer in these topics. Balázs prefers to create ink drawings, watercolours, monotypes as well as acrylic and oil paintings.
